Returns & Exchanges


1. Return and Exchange Eligibility:
Items must be shipped for return or exchange within 15 days of the date of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable and insured method for shipping returns. We are not responsible for items sent but not received.

2. International Returns and Exchanges:
Due to our international customer base, the process for returns and exchanges may vary by country. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at kiki@mazonkiki.com for specific instructions based on your location.

3. Reporting Defective or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a defective or incorrectly processed product, please email us at kiki@mazonkiki.com with detailed pictures of the product showing the defect or error, along with your receipt or proof of purchase. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.

4. Shipping for Returns and Exchanges:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item, unless the item is defective or incorrectly processed by us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over a certain value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned or exchanged item.

5. Receipt and Processing of Returns and Exchanges:
Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange. If approved, your return will be processed, and a refund or exchange will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.

6. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:
Any items sold at a discount of 50% or more from regular price are non returnable or exchangeable.
